Howard, If you think if you really believe this, then you should short QDEL. Short it till it is there is no value left!!!!!! I don't think QDEL will be damage by the lawsuit. If anything it will clear up any unsettled issues BD may have had. I've own Qdel off and on for many years and each year its always something that brings the stock down to a 52 week low and than it returns to a new high. This will be settled in due time. For now this is a great buying opportunity.
