One of my dentist customers told me a few years ago that he could double the profit of his practice, just by charging for an exam every time a patient came in for a cleaning. He had to check and see if the hygenist got everything out anyway. The way I see this working, is the dentist will do the screening at the same time as the xrays and cleaning and exam are done. At least once a year on his older patients. Should be a good revenue producer with minimal time involved. Hence, it should be well accepted by all. Later
