IOMH,

I do agree with you that if the creditors haven't converted by today, then they probably aren't going to convert. My only problem with your statement is how can the creditors see more value in CDNO's assets than in the R/M? It seems to me the choices are R/M, or lose it all.

The other confusing part to me is the insiders have to be aware of all of this, and yet they have been purchasing shares over the last several months.

The other question I have is who has been buying all of these shares? Many months ago we had a 40-50 million-share day. The rumor was someone was accumulating 40 million shares. Now, it couldn't have been the EEC investors could it? I mean, why buy the hell out of the stock if there is a chance that the R/M won't go through?

Lots of questions? very little info to go on. Holding, but sweating.
