I assume that many people on this thread have been reading the Raging Bull thread as well. There is some important information regarding the exchange of shares and the holding period on that thread. If you have not been reading that thread, I suggest that you start with this post (part of the exchange document) and read from there forward. ragingbull.com There is a lot of BS on the Raging Bull board (as is often the case on Raging Bull), but many of the exchange documents have been posted on there, and anyone who owns STFZF should read those documents and try to understand them. They are complicated and filled with legalese, but the Raging Bull discussion of the documents is helpful. Neal
