MD: Did you buy my options?

I sold my last February 30's and am thinking about the 25's. Timing is critical and I now speculate that the MORON lawyers will slow things down again.

I suggested to the company that they fire the ones that refuse to let them say anything as simple as "We are talking to AOL but will not comment until the deal is done."

In my opinion, the PLAN would have been announced by now if they had refused to start any new initiatives until it was announced. The pressure from investors seems to have been heard wrong. We asked for the value to be released now. They want to generate even more hidden value, but LATER.

But, in typical kindergarten fashion, IDTC chose to start playing with a new toy before being finished with the puzzle they were working on.

Since I believe the plan included using NTOP as collateral to borrow money for a fiber deal, the possible deal to sell it to AOL messes everything up. This means you should leave the NTOP shares free. And, it could take time to finish up all the details. So, the plan is delayed, once again. Yes, there may be a very good reason but my options can easily expire worthless because they are over this friday.

I suggest IDTC overreaches on a regular basis.

Why not do the following, instead.

Announce the new corporate structure.

Dangle NTOP under there somewhere, along with many other goodies.

Then, negotiate with AOL and sell NTOP or borrow against NTOP.

Announce a fiber deal, or whatever.

The key word is they should announce pieces and then more pieces when ready. Not their style to actually finish anything if they can reach for more.

Note. I don't know anything and there could be all kinds of announcements in the next days. It is a personal matter. I have lost money on Options in the last months and I do not wish to do so this month. I have some cheap options for March. I made a profit on my Feb 30's and I have sold enough of my 25's to be in the positive territory I want. The rest, I will hold until I decide not to!

Others may be more gutsy. But, I make my own decisions. I remain very bullish for the future, and am holding all my shares. But, the options for this month remain a gamble with just days left.
