Dear cutiger: YEAH, what makes you think that as AOL's base revenues grew that they would still maintain a 50.8% growth rate. Very rough calculation to me ASSUMING they maintained a 50% growth rate for 5 years came out to revenue in the 30's--THEN WHAT?
Secondly, what makes you think the HISTORICAL growth rate of TWX will remain as the future growth rate after combining with AOL and marketing thru their system?
Finally, 95.3BILLION in revenue is a MAJOR company. What makes you think they wouldnt utilize that HUGE cash flow to enter into even more lucrative markets?
I seriously doubt BOTH SIDES would have entered into this merger If it wasnt overall good for the combined entity. JDN
