T.A: The recent price action in ALA and NN does not support any activity by Arbitrageurs. Whilst ALA can accumulate 5% w/o notification, it is doubtful that their Board has empowered their CEO to take that gamble.

It now appears that a buyout is not very imminent. The opportune time for a buy out is prior earnings and not immediately post earnings.

NN has one more tough quarter before the new product cycle kicks in. The Board is more likely to accept short term pain for better gains beyond June. I doubt they are interested in accumulating ALA's shares as some are now suggesting.
