JDN, all fine questions. I simply took the numbers that are out there and ran with them. It is impossible at this point to quantify what effect the merger will have on each component's growth rate. There is no doubt that it is the hope of management that revenues will grow faster after the merger. We were paying a premium for a high growth stock, I'm not sure that's what we'll end up with. Given the stock price and the trend, I'm not alone in having that concern.
