I have been in and out of INPR/BORL for the last few years. I sold 87% of my holdings on the way to 20 in increments. Did not pick the top, but made some money. Concerning the current merger, the fact that a white knight has not come along leads me to believe the market does not think that much of INPR. A white knight would not care about the $30 Million dollar payment to CORL in light of the size of the deal. I am also unhappy with the deal but it is probably the best deal that Dale F. could get at this time. Keep in mind that during Dale's tenure the stock has gone from 3 to 20 and down to its current level of 11-14/share. I believe it is fairly valued at this level. If you are not in favor of the deal, vote against, otherwise it does no good to complain unless you have constructive alternatives.
