and Arbitration

LONGVIEW, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2000--Effective February 14, 2000, RTIN (OTCBB:RTIN - news) and FB Holding Corp. reached a
mutually agreeable settlement resolving RTIN's Texas litigation and FB Holding Corp.'s New York arbitration. The terms of the settlement agreement presently, will
remain confidential.
