"Jello again", as Benny used to say. I am back on line in my Penthouse in LA. Spent my first nite here. I am looking out my window at LA through the rain.
The good news if I just set up, and am running on, a new Compaq "Presaro" that I got at Frys for $1995. It had a flat screen. I love it! The tower is about the size of a notebook computor. All Black, really looks sharp! I am paying, of course for the flat screen, but I will never have anything else again.
The bad news is that I have to run on this @#$%^&* normal telephone line. for 4 weeks until I get DSL. I cannot get a cable modem here.

I came up here with the cad and my clothes, so I am furnishing from scratch. A lot of fun, really. I will be here tue to sat, and at the old place, doing the business books, on Sun and Mon.
