Maybe you should expand your research beyond press releases. Maybe you might want to look at WHY they wanted to do it and why the stockholders approved it? Apparently bill's "in-depth research techniques" have rubbed off on his short minions. Not to single you out Druss, but c'mon people, do some freaking research.
