O/T: Gary, I agree with you 100%, but the Republican Party bosses are blind. They insisted on Dole last time and they keep going for the extreme religious right ... about 2% to 20% of the populace depending on where you live ... no way to win a 50+% voting majority. You do not have to alienate the religious right to win, but you sure do not need to pander to them. McCain is going for the middle ground. Do you see the religious right voting for Gore? Their dogma, to which they are entitled, does not belong in a political arena.
