I dont use Brown! I complained to E-trade about this, and I was told THEY had 50 market orders on USDI all placed from 3:30 on that were UNFILLED and all routed to NITE. When a supervisor went to NITE and tried to get an explanation he was told they are under no obligation to fill any orders they do not want to. NITE told them there were 400k shares left unfilled.
