Leonard, I cannot find any recent announcement concerning a joint venture with Microsoft. Where did you find this morsel? I have a Jan. 20 news release, 'announcing with industry leaders, including MCFS, a proposal to support the G723.1 audio codec standard'. But couldn't find any direct follow up on a joint venture with Microsoft. A lot of people bought this, and a lot of other tech stocks too early. But usually it's considered a pretty safe buy once a company with earnings and cash has already lost half of it's market value. Here's lookin' at mid-30's
