Ignoring bad news (NR) - Another good sign that we're near the bottom. NR's main business is in the Gulf of Mexico..the hot spot lately. NR said they will miss Q4 by a few pennies. It sold off in the morning and is now up strongly (5 1/2 to 7 with a close yesterday of 6 1/16..wow). Keep buying the dips because one day soon they may not be there ;)
