ICICI Bank moots ESOP Our Bureau CALCUTTA, Feb. 16 ICICI Bank has proposed an employees' stock option scheme up to a limit of 5 per cent of the issued capital as on February 21. An EGM would be held on that date to seek the shareholders' approval for the proposal. Present and future permanent employees of the bank, its subsidiary and holding company, at any time, in the grade of assistant managers and above, including directors/whole-time directors, shall be eligible for the scheme subject to internal evaluation, according to the EGM notice. -BusinessLine
