OSX should move up on the market seeing AND hearing Clinton so WEAK on the SPR the SPR was removed as a threat today - put a fork in it; OPEC is in control. Clinton is "gumming" this issue - no teeth, all bark - no bite and he is disengaged . This was an important step.
