Aloha Everyone!
I'm baaaaack! Geeze, I guess you folks decided to have a party while we were gone. Nice to know that the party is really just getting started.
First things first . . .
Maui was wonderful. I can see why many people go there for a holiday and decide to stay forever. I love to golf, swim, and play in the water, and the 10 days there doing what I love was close to nirvana for me. The only negative is that I now have an enormous sun blister on my bottom lip. I became so wrapped up watching the Humpback whales playing in the water, that I forgot to properly protect myself from the sun. So with my lip so sore, I can tell you that when I saw what was happening with the share price of this great little company, I broke out into a big smile. The mix of a big smile with the pain from a sore lip was an interesting experience I can assure you. The uncomfortable trip home (which involved 34 hours of no sleep due to horrible flight schedules, delays, and connections etc.) seems like a distant memory now. I had a good sleep, and I'm ready to dig in again!
Even though $5.50 is great to see, and our net worth took a serious jump because of it, I have to say that in my opinion this is just the start! I firmly believe that this is not greed, nor hype talking - just my frank assessment of the situation. Here is why . . .
I constantly remind myself that the management of this company plans on taking a minimum of three (3) companies to the NASDAQ National Market within the next 12 months or so!
From what I understand, these three companies could list in the order of a combined Net Shepherd / ClickChoice.com (or some version of this), followed by an Answers.com IPO, followed by their Business Intelligence company IPO. Net Shepherd will be the parent company (with the rights to the technology), and the other two companies will be licensing the technology from NSI. I am also convinced that given what these companies are capable of doing, they will each have stellar debuts on the NASDAQ. And yes, NSI has said that each company is being targeted for the National market. The NASDAQ National Market requires a $5.00 US / $7.50 CDN average share price prior to listing.
Anyone who feels that this company has the potential for taking at least one of the companies to the National Market is looking at a $7.50 share price. Throw in the other two companies for good measure, and then add in a more complete understanding of the power of what it is that they are actually doing, and then cap it off with a much higher awareness in a market that is 10 times the size of Canada, and I think that this recent move in the share price will seem minuscule in comparison.
In my opinion, the injection that the Vanenburg group has given this company will soon be seen as a tremendous boost to their ability to realize the true potential of all of NSI's businesses. Vanenburg's investment (negotiated when the shares were bouncing around the $3.00 range) will soon be seen as timely investment on their part in that they could see the potential that countless firms could not. It must have been frustrating for NSI to know what they had, and no one would listen. Vanenburg did listen, and they will now reap their rightful rewards. I also believe that their investment in the company will be the catalyst to propel us much higher and into the proverbial "Big Leagues". Vanenburg and Jan Baan now have a crew of world renowned programmers in India working hard on helping to complete the Neural Network software that NSI has been working on. In my opinion, when this is completed, then that is when I believe that the rocket gets strapped to NSI's butt, and they will end up taking the technology world by storm.
Yup, take it from me that it sure is nice to come back from a holiday and see your bank account much fatter than it was before you left.
