WCS:
From looking at your long winded profile, which I suggest the thread take a look see, you have not posted on this thread since SEP 28, the day I bought RMBS for 59 dollars. My cost is now 36 dollars cheaper with the covered calls I wrote today so I do not care about your warnings.
However you 6 month old short FUD could surely need a update. Since you left, RMBS filed suit against Hitachi claiming that DDR and more importantly SDRAM infringed on it's patents. In addition, our new marketing guy at RMBS, Avo, is letting everyone know that concurrent Rambus RAM that came out for the Nintendo 64 in 1995 was the first type of syncronous (sic) DRAM on the market which RMBS filed for patents in 1990 even before PC66 SDRAM. So it just may be that Hitachi may have problems in court with just plain SDRAM not to mention DDR.

Please revise your short FUD and get back to us RMBS longs.
