about 6 weeks ago, KOREA was on top of the foreign ISPs in terms of mkt cap by a wide margin, with a cap of nearly $4.4BN. Now, look where KOREA stands:
1. SIFY $7,066 BN
2. CHINA $5,446 BN
3. IIJI $4,679 BN
4. TRRA $3,692 BN
5. KOREA $3,674 BN
6. STRM $3,388 BN
So what has changed? Open to discussion.....
