FYI All: Just got back from the meeting... here's a quick update summary for you and all others... Two major items: 1. Name change to Airbomb.com Marketing Ltd. -- approved unanimously! 2. Move to Delaware -- approved unanimously! (Not totally unexpected!) Once the company relocates to Delaware it will cgange its name there to Airbomb.Com Inc., a name not avbl at present in BC. Fedora has also reserved the name AIR on the CDNX and expected to be approved and trading under that name by mid next week after all regulatory approvals have been obtained. Pres and CEO David Houston chaired the meeting which was attended by a handful of shareholders. A total of approx 3.5 million shares were represented either by in person or by proxy. He was very bouyant about company activities in January and February ... January was the best ever month for airbomb! Sunbomb. com is also doing well dealing in about 1200 types of glasses... This weekend is expected to be huge in Vancouver where a major show is scheduled at BC Place. Featured for airbomb.com is Dangerous Dan -- the super cyclist! The show is expected to raise airbomb's prtofile... and also showcase for the first time airbomb's Canadian online store! All in all... a great future ahead, IMHO! Regards. Goalie01
