Rick, unfortunately I think your evaluation is on target. PRLN can't raise any significant money with their share price this low. As I see it, they can only borrow money, and I don't know who would lend money to such a risky company. If they do get a loan it would have to be at an exorbitant interest rate.

They have only two hopes for survival:

1) They must get their act together and get AndroVir on the market soon. AndroVir must work and get repeat orders.

or

2) They must get the results of the AndroCar tests out by June and those results must be pretty spectacular. Someone might lend them money if they are. Of course, even if they claimed they had near 100% cure rate, PRLN has told us so many lies that there is a question about whether anyone would believe them.

Actually there is a third possible way out for PRLN and I consider it about as likely a scenario as the first two. Rhodes could get a guilty conscience for realizing that he screwed up and arrange to loan PRLN his life savings. Yeah. Right.

I hope I am missing something in my analysis and that the picture is not as cloudy as I envision it. But I can't imagine why a top notch executive would want to join a firm on the verge of going under.

Ron, you seem bullish on PRLN but you have never said why. Is it for a fundamental reason that has escaped us or is this a result of your technical analysis?

Robin
