"Unfair" is in the eye of the beholder. When SI Bob came onto the CNBC Critique thread and warned a poster to stop comparing Maria Bartiromo to a ferret, I thought that was unfair. After all, since when is a public figure like that off limits on any discussion board?

I believe SI tries to show sensitivity to context, but enforcement of TOU appears to be arbitrary still. JMO.
