There is no technical analysis that is 100% correct all of the time...otherwise I would be retired by now.

Since the highs in JDSU there has been 3 sell signals on the P&F chart. These are simply lower lows on the chart, but these were also coupled with lower highs. This suggests weakness. I looked at JDSU's chart at a different perspective and actually get a similar view that it looks like it is consolidating into a triangle with the pivot around 205. In this view, there is only one sell signal, but it has yet to be negated. Depending on which way the triangle breaks, it should be a good move, whichever direction. Eventually, all signals, buy or sell, are negated. Usually these are considered breakout points.
