Installing the board into that case wasn't that big of a deal, they provided plenty of those brass lifts so no plastic pieces needed. It's in rather firm. I still think it's dumb.. zactly' what my wife says each & every time she passes the Dining Table, <G>. I agree w/ your wife.......
