Corporate Update VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--St. Jude Resources Ltd. announces that it has restructured its relationship with Microsphere Inc. St. Jude has agreed to reduce its involvement with Microsphere in order to allow Microsphere to enter into strategic financial relationships with well placed partners within their industry. As a result, all of the funds advanced have been returned to St. Jude and the company is not required to make any further investment in Microsphere. St. Jude will continue to hold, indirectly, a three and one-half (3.5%) percent interest in Microsphere Inc. St. Jude is confident that Microsphere has developed one of the most ergonomically correct and technologically advanced computer work-stations currently available on the market.
