Hi KLP. Go to Nasdaq.com. Click on Get Info Quotes. In first box type CLKS and click on Get Info Quotes. Click on Real Time Filings. You will find that a Form 13G was filed by Capital Group International, a bank holding company on 2/16/2000. The parent and its bank, Capital Guardian Trust Company, beneficially own 962,000 shares or 6.5% of CLKS, apparently acquired before 1/1/2000. Have a good day. SS
