A few thousand Qs should take care of the decorating and a new turntable, tube pre and power amps, and a nice pair of speakers. My number one requirement is a dance floor on the roof. 600 square feet. TEAK! (on 3/4 marine plywood base). When I get done, it will be the best outdoor dance floor in the world. (canvas covered when not in use).
