I'm embarrassed to say that I don't exactly know. I've heard and know what a midi file is, but
I was never really interested in them because I thought they sounded kind of stupid. I'm much
more interested in lossy compression formats for hi quality music such as Liquid Audio, MP2,
MP3, MP4, AC3, AAC, WMA, VQF, etc.


No reason to be embarrassed. I had no clue. I just changed to a different midi file<G>
