John: LOL to the "won't let us sell". I believe THAT idea, which amounts to a vesting cycle, is popularly known as "golden hand-cuffs". And nothing for nothing, as I'm VERY familiar with THAT concept(heh), still it'd be a shame to watch their kind of experience, hard gained over the past few years, get up and walk right out the door. So they should feel like they're getting to participate in the rewards for all their hard work. Bottom line? Since there's no substitute for commitment and experience; should shareholders, and management, gain, so too should options be provided to the employees who enabled the gain in the first place. Just call me a new age capitalist. ;-) 'Course...that's just my opinion(as Dennis Miller says....)... John~
