Thanks for your reply. I'm still working my way through the report, and also find it just somewhat helpful. There is so much that's difficult to predict about Amazon's future (as the authors point out), it seems like it would as difficult for a bear as for a bull to justify their position. Yes, you all can laugh at me, but I expect Amazon.com to arrive at a level of profitability in about ten years that will easily justify today's market cap as well as the market cap in ten years.

Do you really not own any individual stocks? I've heard that cash is the most aggressive position, but I suppose a solid market pullback can make one's cash position look absolutely brilliant.
