Intermagnetics General Corporation Sees Milestone in First Practical Installation of Superconducting Power Cable biz.yahoo.com Interesting points: " shift from possibility toward practicality that would open the door to a multi-billion dollar industry over the next 10 years: "we believe HTS technology will revolutionize the electric utility industry during the next decade, much like fiber optic technology has advanced the telecommunications industry." I have been in and out of this stock so many time over the past few years. This time around I hope to hang in for the long haul.
