What a great line! Shall I tell you what this person with no life did today? I bought books at WALMART. Really. I went to buy that HEPA air filter thingy machine, and they had a shelf of books for 5.00 apiece by the door. I bought (you will like this) Red Moon Passage- The Power and Wisdom of Menopause I'm getting to be such an expert THe Sound of a Silver Horn- Reclaiming the Heroism in Contemporary Women's Lives which talks about the heroic quests in women's terms THe Knowledge of Water by Sarah Smith- jacket says-"novel about the consuming pleasures of passion and the obsessive perils of art" !!!!!! WOW!!! The All-True Travels and Adventures of Lidie Newton- by Jane Smiley who wrote A Thousand Acres and Moo But wait-- there's more! 5.00 apiece!!!!! Monstrum A thriller in the tradition of Gorky Park. I got this for Dan. AND Dark Debts a mixture of horror, southern Gothic, romantic comedy,and theological mystery in a supernatural thriller. How could I resist!! Can you top that!!! WALMART!!
