Idea: I just realized why this should sail untouched through antitrust clearance. TP has no market share. They can not view it as anti-competitive based on the prospect of TP getting market share. They can only look at the market as it exists now. And now, TP has not accomplished anything that earns revenue. This is the perfect moment to do this deal. On the cusp of TP revenue. Six months from now, anti-competition argument is completely different. Go Pete!

IMHO. I ain't a lawyer, just a Checkspurt doing a little free thinking without a 2x4 to guide him. Hope I got it right.
