Here is another idea...if you want to change the volume the Midi, get Cakewalk Pro Audio. Cake Walk can change the volume of a midi. However...this is a very expensive program, so if you just have one file to change you might want to have someone do this project for you. (Very easy to do if you know what you're doing!)

If I am correct, a Midi file is like a file of "sheet music" of the song recorded, and the midi file stores not only the note recorded but the volume of the note played. Let me know if you need some help...since I know several people who could "fix" this for you!
