From Fleckenstein today: So the noise quotient is unusually high in figuring out what folks might be reacting to. But one thing is certain: Away from the headline stars in technology, the selling pressure continues to become more and more extreme. Lowrys Selling Pressure Index is at its highest reading in its 67-year history. We continue to be very, very close to this whole charade breaking open on the down side like a pi¤ata. On the other hand, ever day that it doesn't happen, the Nasdaq is free to romp for another handful of percent.
