Arnie, IFLO has a marketing agreement for the ON-Q product with Ethicon, a division of J & J. Novacon has a supply agreement (for a different type of pump product, but a product that is similar to one that IFLO does manufacture) with Innovasive Devices. J & J just completed its acquisition of Innovasive Devices. IFLO just won a patent infringement law suit against Novacon. The question is what will IFLO gain from this development. Sergio
