Hi folks! I just got back late last night from our trip. I'm still sleep deprived, but happy to be home.

>>It's been red hot; seemed to me a tad too hot for the one item of news (a 1.5. mil investment)<<

I know many other VC companies who would dearly love to be able to invest a fraction of that money in this Nortel spinoff. I also (unfortunately) know of some individuals who would resort to selling all of their possessions, and even commit crimes to be able raise the cash to be able to get in on this deal. This is not a normal run of the mill company. Look at the company's genealogy. This new company comes from a blue blood parental line who will do whatever is required to ensure that company's success.

>>Elastic, formerly part of Nortel Networks (Nortel) was spun off in May, 1999, and financed by $12.6-million in venture capital financing with Nortel retaining majority ownership in the company.

In my opinion, I see this spin off as even more interesting and eventually more profitable to Jordex than the Medsite IPO. And make no mistake, I believe that the Medsite IPO is going to be huge for this company.
