thx. Mephisto.does anyone have opinion on UIS or NOVL? I guess I will keep looking for some clue. I am hoping oil prices will move down to $25. I really dont think 40 could be very good. We were at $13 last year now at $30. Even SUV sales are slowing.. I just got a brand new huge SUV last year. I dont own a house right now and I was not in a rush to buy one but I m afraid I may be looking at 9% mortgage if I wait for the summer? very scary. Maybe people are rushing into buying homes right now to lock in a rate. I was just enjoying freedom of not having to own a home.
