Doug, I do not know why you suddenly started conversation about valuation. Just week ago you standard post on Yahoo was 30 more to go before offer is made. That was real hype. Now, market conditions have changed?(you sold and want it to buy back?) It was you who was hyping NN price on Yahoo, not me. BTW, buyer can always give min. and max. price range based on NN meeting its Q4 target. Any deal will be closed in NN's FY 2001, which stars in 2 1/2 months so Q4 CC (May 30) will be before even shareholders will have chance to vote. NN valuation will be based on Q3 numbers, b/b ratio and Q4 numbers on May 30. And this is most likely why will be no announcement, if marger is done, before Feb 22. Zbyslaw
