As you may know, NSI operates in the wireless communications sector and is a leading manufacturer of multimedia, which includes Internet, satellite-based solutions for customer applications in over 40 countries worldwide. We have sales and support centers in Canada, USA, China, Mexico and Indonesia and we employ over 150 people worldwide.
NSI is currently trading on the Canadian Dealers Network (CDN) under the stock symbol "NSII" and has 44,180,507 shares and approximately 2,500,000 warrants/options currently outstanding. All of our options are distributed among our employees. The fully diluted number of shares is approximately 46,680,507.
Furthermore, based on our growth potential, we are in the process of listing on the TSE. Although the exact date of completion is not known, we do not expect to be listed before the year-end results (details follow).
NSI's board of directors is scheduled to meet on March 28, 2000 to approve our year end audited financial statements and we expect to release the results as soon as they are approved. Regarding new developments, we are continuously working towards making the company more successful and we will announce significant developments when appropriate.
