LOS ANGELES and TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2000--1st Miracle Group Inc.
(OTCBB:MVEE) today announced that the company has agreed in principle to a transaction with
K-9 Protection Inc. (OTCBB:KNIN), a fully reported Nevada corporation, as part of its strategy for
restructuring 1st Miracle Group Inc.
Form 8K has been filed with VSEC on behalf of K-9 and 1st Miracle Group on Feb. 9, 2000. 1st
Miracle Group continues its status as an Over The Counter Bulletin Board company.
CEO Anthony Cataldo commented: "The transaction with K-9 is part of another phase in the
company's restructuring program. The company continues to migrate toward the NASDAQ small
cap and main listing as part of its overall strategy."
Feb. 11, 2000, 1st Miracle Group will be trading as normal on the OTCBB as MVEE.
