FWIW: the all time closing high was 35.25 in March, 96. IMHO it seems that NRGN is running up with the general biotech mania (compare NRGN with the biotech fund HQH, for example) but this mania could easily see another 50-100% run up as the market cap of all of the biotechs put together is pretty small.
