I think that the naysayers just want management to tell them exactly what they want to do with the shares. Saying we need to give them out without specifying any of the parameters such as we budgeted 20 million for the funding, 10 million for Howard, 5 million for the lawyers ect. They need to communicate to shareholders instead of the obnoxious silence.
