NICA was bought by MBHC for 1,000,000 shares. So in essence it came for nothing. Maloney & Co. hostily took over MBHC from Ray & Co from what I hear. I expect they will do the same to boomers. They are shrewd businessmen. I think MBHC had more to it than a shell. They could have merged into any shell without lawsuits and without the problems. They chose MBHC for a reason. Maybe growth fund is for real.
