true...i haven't even given thought to all the possibilities yet, shopping was just the first thing that came to mind...the main point being the assertion by e-commerce sites that credit card transactions are 100% secure. they possibly are not...although my personal experience so far says they are. i am no expert on the technical aspects of all this, but i can not imagine an open system like the internet not to be vulnerable to all sorts of abuse. that includes DCLK's methods...it's kind of big brother paranoia inducing what they do.
