Cyber,
Thank you for responding to my comments. It appears my questions relating to honesty may have incorrectly been generalized because of a few comments that I have knowledge of relating to lying about the reason shares were not available. It would be unfair to make such a broad statement with respect to the entire company.

With that being said, I still feel simply stating "shares are not available" which suggests shares are not available because they cannot be secured, if not being dishonest is still at the minimum deceptive because the trader infers its a procurement problem, when in reality it is a risk management issue. As long as cyber is does not hide behind semantics, I cannot take issue with its risk management policy.

I appreciate the fact that cyber is addressing alternative risk management issues in order to allow traders to short stocks that may be "risky" if done by the non-professional traders.

I look forward to hearing when these alternative methods may be employed.

Rob
