In my opinion- as long as you don't threaten people with physical harm- you ought to be able to make personal attacks. Plus some people "needs attacking". And of course it is also good exercise, and entertaining.

I'd say that depends on whether one tends to be the attacker most of the time, or the one being attacked as to how great an exercise it is and how entertaining. Threats of physical harm often come when one feels he or she is being unduly crucified by an individual or group, and other options of recourse have been exhausted. In cases where an individual isn't smart enough to know when to shut the fuck up, threats of personal harm can be equally entertaining.
