I ran a comparative chart for UPR, OEI and XTO, the results are interesting (XTO is only a 1/4 of the size of UPR and OEI, but it is showing the same action). siliconinvestor.com Is OEI getting ahead of itself based on it's GOM and Ivory Coast discoveries or is UPR just now starting to catch up. XTO should start moving any time. Plenty of laggards to role money into. Looking for $9 1/2 re-entry for OEI tomorrow or Friday. Regards,
